It’s Tissue was a proud sponsor of the 31st annual RISI North American Conference which took place last week in San Diego, and which included for the first time a special North American Tissue Seminar.
More than 300 high-level delegates heard from industry leaders such as Linda K.Massman and Joanne Shufelt of Clearwater and Luigi Lazzareschi of Sofidel all speaking around the theme of “Seeking a Sustainable, Innovative Future.”
The tissue seminar looked at a range of topical issues: growth potential in a relatively mature market; the battle between brands and private label; raw material alternatives; import risk in North America; and competitiveness and energy.
